Where can I download freeware that will save what I see on the screen to real time movie mpeg audio?

I have written a tune, and I want to be able to send this tune as a demo to singers, but I want to show the lyrics as the song plays. The most straightforward way to do this is to capture the video of my band in a box program playing the song in the lyrics window with the music playing. I can't sing very well so I don't want to use my voice as a demo.
